SUPPLY CHAIN POLICY
 
Asia Tungsten Products Co. Ltd and Asia Tungsten Products Vietnam Limited ("ATC") have undertaken to adhere to the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High Risk Areas -2011 ("OECD Guidance"). ATC adopted the OECD Guidance as a policy item for the procurement of tungsten raw materials on 19 December 2012.
